During an initial consultation we will work with you to understand your specific opportunity, desired outcome and the obstacles currently preventing you from achieving success in this area. After the consultation, we will co-create the session leveraging our proven models and products to tailor a one-of-a-kind experience for you and your team. To further ensure success, we will schedule up to 3 follow-up sessions over the course of two months to help your team navigate through the change curve. We will also provide four 1x1 sessions with the leaders of your team(s) to provide them the support and tools they need to manage their group through the change.
